Description
Visit MUST take place in September 2019, January 2020, February 2020. MUST be booked by November 1, 2019. Please choose a film: WILD AFRICA 3D MAY 24, 2019-JANUARY 5, 2020 20 MINUTES VOLCANOES 3D: THE FIRES OF CREATION SEPTEMBER 6, 2019-MARCH 6, 2020 20 MINUTES HIDDEN PACIFIC 3D JANUARY 6-MAY 21, 2020 20 MINUTES DINOSAURS OF ANTARCTICA 3D MARCH 7-SEPTEMBER 4, 2020 20 MINUTES For more detailed description of exhibit hallways please check out our website http://www.perotmuseum.org/ TEKS will vary by Film and exhibit halls visited. This option DOES NOT include special traveling exhibits.

Technical Needs: Includes Booked Film and Regular Self Guided Museum Exhibits.Various exhibit spaces may be closed due to programming, maintenance or special exhibit installations.
Other Information: Address and Bus Parking: Perot Museum physical address: 2201 North Field Street, Dallas, Texas 75201 (in Victory Park). Please refer to your field trip confirmation materials for important details. Bus Parking is free. Leave lunches on your bus. Single-car parking is available for a fee.

Deadline: Please contact reservations at least 3 weeks before your requested date.
Cancellation Policy: The Perot Museum is pleased to offer Financial Aid to schools who apply and qualify. By applying for this program your fees for digital (synchronous or asynchronous) programs, field trip exhibit visits/programs, and on your campus programs could be reduced or eliminated. Financial Aid: http://www.perotmuseum.org/events-and-programs/school-programs/educator-resources/financial-aid-form.html 2020-2021 Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy: The Perot Museum of Nature and Science- Field Trips and On Your Campus Experiences -A nonrefundable deposit is due within 10 days of booking.Your remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your scheduled visit date. -If you choose to reschedule your program you must contact the reservations department at least 3 weeks before your scheduled visit in order for your deposit/payment to be applied to your new visit date. -Your reservation may be cancelled if your deposit/payment is not received by the due date. -Refunds will only be made in the event of Museum closure, power failures and school closings. NO OTHER REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED
