Description
TAO magicians will allure students with tricks, puzzles and illusions using ordinary objects found in the home. The tricks offer a fun way to observe scientific principals in action while learning the mechanics of magic. While performed hundreds of times a year, this program is offered in person virtually as well as a pre-recorded version of the program. We focus on scientific principles that are understood at an elementary level through illusions, how gravity works, and simple techniques that can be replicated at home. Over 15 tricks are performed explained how each performed trick has science concepts involved in the performance.

Deadline: 20 days prior to performance date
Cancellation Policy: A program is confirmed when you receive your contract by mail or email. Should illness, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent the program from taking place as scheduled, The Artist Outreach will offer to reschedule. Cancellations are made by email and/or call until a cancellation is confirmed by The Artist Outreach. A 48 hour timeline for rescheduling is acceptable without penalty, otherwise the date and refund are forfeited. Programs canceled (outside of the above exceptions) by a school or community presenter after confirmation are subject to full payment.
After School Policy: We always need a contact (and info) for our on-site performances. Please designate a person in the school or community as the primary contact on the day of the event to facilitate artist needs and ease of performance.
