    Cancellation Policy: *Cancellations are subject to rescheduling and are accepted 48 hours before the program IF the program is rescheduled.; otherwise no money is refunded. Official school closings (for snow days/emergencies,etc.) are exceptions, and provider will work with you to reschedule. *Two weeks notice in writing and/or by email
    After School Policy: Please designate a person in the school or community as the primary contact on the day of the event to facilitate artist needs.
