Description
The continent of Africa is one of the largest continents and has significantly more diversity than most of the other continents. This Discovery Box has reading, writing, geography, cultural, and craft activities as well as PowerPoint that teachers can use in the classroom. There are also three videos about Africa on the CD included with the box. Artifacts include: Bracelet, Hunting Satchel, Ear or Necklace Adornment, Headrest, Neck Pouch, Beaded Apron, and Voting Ballot (in picture frame). • Knife

Deadline: Box needs to be reserved at least one week in advance
Cancellation Policy: You will be charged for the number of people for whom you initially book the tour/Discovery Box unless you notify us of the change 48 hours in advance. If you must cancel your tour/Discovery Box, you must notify us 48 hours in advance. If you do not cancel in the allotted time and you will still be invoiced for the full amount. Exceptions will be made in the case of inclement weather, provided that the school can reschedule.
After School Policy: Tours/Discovery Boxes available from 4-5 p.m. Class size limited and advance notice required.
