Description
Students will enhance their ability to focus and concentrate by using breathing and yoga positions. This workshop targets flexibility, coordination, self respect and respect for others. Students and teachers will learn how to de-stress and relax while using their imagination and creativity.

Instructions: To schedule this program, please call 469-490-6353 If inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent the program from taking place as scheduled, I will offer the option of rescheduling.
Deadline: Schedule program three week before desired start date
Cancellation Policy: A program is confirmed when you receive your confirmation email. Should illness, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent the program from taking place as scheduled, I will offer the option of rescheduling. Programs canceled by a school or community presenter after confirmation are subject to full payment.
After School Policy: Teacher or school representative to remain in classroom during the program. If teacher or representative is not available for the entire duration, 3 check-is will be required at the beginning, middle, and end. Maximum of 25 students in class for program.
