Standards

Description
Students and teachers will learn tools to use during the school day to calm, focus, and self regulate.Different types of breathing, yoga poses, fun team building games, and relaxation techniques will be taught while in the classroom either sitting or standing beside the desks.Teachers will also be given an energizing sequence for themselves and a yoga"toolbox" for the classroom!

Students Will
  • ease anxiety through yoga poses
  • learn mindfulness activities with props
  • Literary connection:My Magic Breath
  • learn different breathing techniques for focus and concentration
  • learn games to encourage cohesiveness and self control
  • release energy in a small space

Dates: Monday - Friday
Times: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Duration: 1 hour
School Fee: Flat Rate: $150.00
Minimum Attendance: 25
Maximum Attendance: 50

Instructions: To schedule this program, please call 469-490-6353 If inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent the program from taking place as scheduled, I will offer the option of rescheduling.
Deadline: Two weeks notice
Cancellation Policy: A program is confirmed when you receive your confirmation email. Should illness, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent the program from taking place as scheduled, I will offer the option of rescheduling. Programs canceled by a school or community presenter after confirmation are subject to full payment.
After School Policy: Teacher or school representative to remain in classroom during the program. If teacher or representative is not available for the entire duration, 3 check-is will be required at the beginning, middle, and end. Maximum of 25 students in class for program.
