Description
Looking for a unique STEM experience for the whole family? We have that! Learn about everything from cell biology to sports medicine and more with activities exploring content featured in each Perot Museum exhibit hall. In order to request your program you must copy/paste in your browser and complete the following form to book. Choose financial aid if you are a Title 1 school: https://pmns.tfaforms.net/f/edu?tfa_844=Education+Landing&tfa_278=tfa_280&tfa_735=tfa_737&tfa_88=tfa_849 This Family Night consists of 9 different stations, each representing a different Hall/Location in the Museum. School must supply at least 10 adult (over 21) volunteers or teachers to run the stations. Museum staff will set up, train, and assist throughout the evening. Set-up in a cafeteria or gym, access to electricity and water, 9 tables, several trash cans.

Times: evening
Duration: 2 hours
School Fee: $500 per event (200 people), Additional fee of $50 for every extra 50 people attending.
Minimum Attendance: 10
Maximum Attendance: 500

Technical Needs: School must supply at least 10 adult (over 21) volunteers or teachers to run the stations. Museum staff will set up, train, and assist throughout the evening.

Cancellation Policy: The Perot Museum is pleased to offer Financial Aid to schools who apply and qualify. By applying for this program your fees for digital (synchronous or asynchronous) programs, field trip exhibit visits/programs, and on your campus programs could be reduced or eliminated. Financial Aid: http://www.perotmuseum.org/events-and-programs/school-programs/educator-resources/financial-aid-form.html 2020-2021 Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy: The Perot Museum of Nature and Science- Field Trips and On Your Campus Experiences -A nonrefundable deposit is due within 10 days of booking.Your remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your scheduled visit date. -If you choose to reschedule your program you must contact the reservations department at least 3 weeks before your scheduled visit in order for your deposit/payment to be applied to your new visit date. -Your reservation may be cancelled if your deposit/payment is not received by the due date. -Refunds will only be made in the event of Museum closure, power failures and school closings.
