Tear down the walls tear down the walls open up your heart, open up your heart. Tunes of this kind can ease some of your angries while you are cooling down. It’s just a fact of life that sometimes you're going to get angry. Anger is a signal emotion. It usually mobilizes a response to danger, but it’s also a form of self-expression.
