Description
"The Lion, the Mouse and the Hunters" (Story Drama great for Pre-K thru 2nd grade) How can a lion and a mouse play a trick together to send the hunters away for good? This story uses music, mime, sound effects and drama in the retelling as students dramatize the action. Students work together to stage the story in the space provided, mapping out how the movement will occur. They work with partners and in groups during the retelling as they dramatize the story. At the end, we discuss tolerance. In the story, the unlikely duo of a Lion and a Mouse become friends and work together. In life, we can do this with people who may not look or sound like we do by becoming friends and working together.

Deadline: Two weeks in advance.
Cancellation Policy: A program is confirmed when you confirm your booking via phone, mail, fax, or email. Should illness, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent the program from taking place as scheduled, Dana Proulx-Willis will offer the option of rescheduling. Programs canceled by a school or community presenter after confirmation are subject to full payment. A $25 rescheduling fee will be charged if a schedule change is requested after a program has been confirmed.
After School Policy: A teacher or after school employee must remain with class at all times.
