Description

Explore the ancient myth of how mosquitos get their buzz in this exciting story-drama program. Dana will present the story to students, and then students will portray the various animal characters and act out the story, improvising some of the argument moments between animals. We will discuss the earmarks of myths, fables and fairy tales, and we explore together how the interactions of story characters reflects our own interactions with each other in our lives.

Deadline: book at least 5 days in advance
Cancellation Policy: A program is confirmed when you confirm your booking via phone, mail, fax, or email. Should illness, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent the program from taking place as scheduled, Dana Proulx-Willis will offer the option of rescheduling. Programs canceled by a school or community presenter after confirmation are subject to full payment. A $25 rescheduling fee will be charged if a schedule change is requested after a program has been confirmed.
After School Policy: A teacher or after school employee must remain with class at all times.
