Description

Self-Esteem is the value you put on yourself. Self-Esteem includes all the feelings we have about ourselves and what we believe about ourselves affect everything we do in life. Whether it is using various manipulates to express their understanding of a concept; adding a beat to a poem; choral reciting a poem; or working together in small groups to create a poem, students in K-2 and 3-5 will engage in age appropriate activities that help them understand the concept of Beaming with Self Esteem. A poem – recited /sung, related to the subject, will be taught in every class session. I can't run the fastest I can't swim the sea I can't type the quickest but I love being me I can't kick a ball or even climb a tree I can't roll in the grass but I still love being me Our 55 minute age- appropriate program will provide students with interactive skills and strategies that will assist them in developing high self-esteem and self-confidence.
