Description

"Celebrating Hispanic Heritage" embraces dances from Mexico and Latin American countries. The audience will get to experience the evolution of Hispanic dance, from Mayan tribal dance to the vibrant flare of popular folklorico favorites. This performance will be entertaining and educational for all ages celebrating the rich Hispanic dance & culture! The program is enhanced through our teacher educational packet, which includes detailed information and activities about the history of the dances as well as their cultural origin.
