Description

Our ability to understand how we feel is a tool we can use in making decisions. It also helps us understand how to support others in our community. Participants in this workshop will explore and label emotions while taking a journey through a young boy’s community traveling from joy to sorrow followed by anger, pride, compassion, and hope. Students learn the importance of understanding our emotions and how we respond to them. Students will also learn how to use concept maps as an organizational and expressive tool.
