Description
A story this powerful and fantastic must be told, and these marionettes and puppets really know how to do it. The perfect heroine, Dorothy, and her little dog too, take an adventure to the fantasy land of Oz. Sometimes we go an awfully long way just to find what we already had on our own front step. So don’t miss the hot air balloon. Click your heels three times and get down to Slappy’s Puppet Playhouse for Frank L. Baum’s classic, Wizard of Oz.

Students Will
  • Receive an interactive demonstration of how marionettes work
  • See a classic fairy tale brought to life in a new and entertaining way
  • Witness the artistry of live entertainment, puppetry and storytelling

Dates: June 27, 2009 - September 7, 2009
Times: Performances can be schedules Monday thru Friday at 10:30am or 1:00pm
Duration: All shows last approximately 45 minutes
School Fee: $6.00 for 10-20 students, $5.50 for 21-50 students, $5.00 over 50 students. Teachers are free.
Minimum Attendance: 10
Maximum Attendance: 140
