Discover the Chisolm Trail! Learn about the Mexican origins of cattle raising. The Vaquero had a vocabulary & lifestyle all his/her own. Why did so many African Americans join the drives? What part did the Native Americans play? This interactive presentation will explore the free market and inventions like barbed wire. Are you ready to ride little doggy?

Students Will

  • explore life/culture of cattle drivers

School Fee: $125 classroom presentation (25 students) / $200 auditorium presentation (150 students max)
