Dallas Children's Theater is dedicated to providing professional quality theater to children and families, especially to those who would not otherwise have an opportunity to experience live theater. DCT attempts to extend the benefits of theater to the whole community by reaching out in every way possible - with professional theater productions; student matinees; theater residencies in schools; workshops; and after school drama classes. DCT artists use multi-sensory learning techniques to help students improve their self-image and academic skills, and to connect them to the larger universe to which they belong.
