Description
From the movements of Jamaica and West Africa, for four seasons, Jamaica’s STELLA MARIS DANCE COMPANY shares the stage with Dallas’ MANDIKA WEST AFRICAN DRUM AND DANCE ENSEMBLE in an event that features some of the best in African, contemporary and modern dance. Stella Maris performs a special commissioned Spoken Word piece, “My Language” written by Curtis King in remembrance of Malcolm X’s tragic assassination 50 years ago, February 21, 1965. It’s Black Dance at its best!

Failure to do so will result in full payment for the original invoiced reservation.
